1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SynLaunch website and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law.

3. Accounts

If the Service allows account creation, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with operation, scraping in violation of our rules or robots.txt, distributing malware, harassing others, or violating applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users.

5. Content and intellectual property

The Service and its content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by SynLaunch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you submit content to us, you represent that you have the rights to do so and grant us a license to use, host, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party sites or tools. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNLAUNCH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify SynLaunch and its affiliates against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary place of business or residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
